Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the design services, website, and digital products provided by Galaxy Designs (collectively, the “Services”). By requesting a project, accessing our platform, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Design Services & Project Onboarding

1.1. Project Initiation

All project requests, discussions, and onboarding are primarily handled via our official Discord server or official email (info@teamgalaxy.net). We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our creative vision or schedule.

1.2. Revisions & Modifications

Each design package includes a specific number of revisions as agreed upon during the project onboarding phase. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Client Communication & Conduct

2.1. Professional Behavior

We maintain a professional and respectful environment for our designers and clients. When communicating via our Discord ticketing system or email, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or rush our designers outside of agreed timelines.
• Engage in abusive behavior or demand free unapproved iterations.

We reserve the right to terminate a project and refuse future service if a client violates these communication standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Ownership of Final Assets

Upon full and final payment, the client is granted the agreed-upon usage rights for the final delivered digital assets (e.g., 3D renders, UI/UX designs, custom graphics). Unless a full copyright buyout is negotiated, Galaxy Designs retains the underlying copyright.

3.2. Portfolio Rights

Galaxy Designs reserves the right to showcase the completed work, preliminary sketches, and 3D renders in our digital portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project's commencement.

4. Payments, Deliverables & Refunds

4.1. General Payment Terms

• Payments must be made through our approved payment gateways before final high-resolution source files are delivered.
• Prices are subject to change based on project complexity and scope adjustments.

4.2. Digital Items & Non-Refund Policy (French Law)

Because our deliverables consist of custom digital content (3D models, graphics, digital art), all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital assets have been supplied or the design work has significantly commenced.

For consumers located in France or the European Union, digital content falls under exceptions to the standard right of withdrawal, notably where you have given prior consent for performance to begin.

4.3. Prices & VAT (Micro-Entrepreneur – France)

Our services are offered under a French micro-entrepreneur regime. Therefore, invoices are issued under the condition:

"TVA non applicable, conformément à l’article 293 B du Code général des impôts (CGI)."

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Galaxy Designs provides its digital assets "as is". We ensure high-quality standards, but we do not guarantee that the designs will result in specific financial or business outcomes for your brand.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxy Designs will not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from the use of our delivered digital assets.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the competent French courts.
